We are also specialized in assisting companies in trade law matters and in World Trade Organization (WTO) law both before the European Commission, only responsible in Europe for the Common Commercial Policy, as well as before the World Trade Organization , the World Customs Organization, the European Court of Justice and, in cooperation with US lawyers, before the United States Court of International Trade, the Department of Commerce and the International Trade Commission.

On a daily basis, we deal with a wide range of activities including inter alia: lobbying before the European Institutions, public affairs and trade policy; export/import controls compliance; anti-dumping investigations; anti-subsidy investigations; countervailing duty investigations; safeguard investigations; trade barriers and market access regulation (TBR Regulation); Section 301 and 337 investigations, fact findings activity.

We also represent companies in anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigations before the European Commission, the U.S. Department of Commerce, the U.S. International Trade Commission and, by appealing in cooperation with US lawyers, their administrative decisions before the U.S. Court of International Trade (formerly the U.S. Customs Court) and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (formerly the U.S. Court of Customs and Patent Appeals). In Europe we are active before the Court of First Instance and the Court of Justice of the European Communities as well as before national jurisdictions.
